I hold 1:1 and group coaching spaces rooted in somatic abolition, collective care, and restorative practice. These are slow, spacious sessions for those moving through complexity, leadership, or change—and who want to come home to their body as part of their liberation.
Alongside my work as a writer and the former Executive Director of a global feminist fund, I’ve spent years holding space in teams, movements, and communities navigating grief, power, race, conflict, and deep care. I bring a somatic abolitionist, and trauma-informed lens to this work—shaped by my South Asian lineage, anti-racist practice, and a refusal to separate the personal from the political.
These sessions are not about fixing or optimizing. They are about remembering, softening, and reclaiming what was always yours.
What This Work Is
This is not performance coaching.
This is not about doing more, achieving more, or being more resilient.
This is about making room - to notice, feel, unwind, and come back to yourself in real time.
